FP150 is a next-generation, mineral-based, single-layer insulation system that incorporates patented FP additives™. Available either as a premix or via FullSulate’s production method statement, FP150 enables insulating plaster with densities as low as 160–170 kg/m³. It can be applied by spray or by hand to ceilings, interior partitions, and exterior walls—preventing condensation and thermal bridging. FP150 is vapor-permeable, non-degradable, sound-insulating, and fire-retardant for up to 2 hours.
FP300 is a mineral-based, single-layer insulation screed formulated with patented FP additives™. It is available as a ready premix or based on FullSulate’s method statement. FP300 delivers screed densities of 170–180 kg/m³ and can be poured in one homogeneous layer on floors or roof slabs—no expansion joints required. It prevents condensation and thermal bridges while offering step resistance, vapor permeability, fire retardancy (up to 2 hours), and sound insulation.
FP Plaster is a breathable, microporous renovation mortar incorporating FP additives™. Available as a premix or via FullSulate’s production method statement, it is ideal for use in heritage buildings and damp renovation environments. FP Plaster combines excellent water repellency with high vapor permeability, making it suitable for walls that require dehumidification and long-term structural protection. It is acid- and alkali-resistant, free from synthetic binders, and aligns with sustainable construction practices.
